I don't care if he is a champion MMA fighter. This is the worst instruction on a double leg I have ever seen. No wonder he kept getting his head caught. omg penetration step? no leg trail? no lift? no
head first and body perpendicular to opponent instead of having his back straight? yes
unbelievable. I guess if you have the name you can sell anything. |
