Ammarra = stroking/striking patterns

a very simple method to develop weapon control/Coordination is to draw the alphabet using your stick strikes in the air going from A to Z

Seems a little silly but try it

This is a fun drill I do to warm up sometimes. Some of the letters are very interesting.
