This flow drill frequently practiced on the right side has transitions (shown in this clip) to the left side. This teacher shows 4 fast ones that I could spend months working on. Going to the left can make a practitioner feel retarded-if they didn't already feel that way on the right side-but doing so prevents feeling retarded if someone attacks with the left rather than the right.
Working these switches in isolation can create a bridge to building a more balanced defense, line familiarization, sensitivity, reaction time, etc.
