Another clip that is thought provoking on YouTube from Matt is called
Training and the iMethod. He is pushing for the evolution of--and higher education in--coaching and training methods. Not just his subjective perspective either, it's empirically based, tested and refined. It disturbingly challenges us to shed parts of our traditional methods / comfort zone and carve a new way. Nice of him to point us in the direction, now it's up to us to adapt for the sake of functionality.
PS-I am a fan of HuBud, sumbrada, etc.
